I've worked around the world in elite sport for many years and have a wealth of experience in all areas of nutrition. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Post-Grad Diploma in Sports Nutrition (2 year course and graduated in Switzerland at the IOC Headquarters). In addition to my nutrition qualifications I also have a Diploma in Fitness Training (1 year full-time). I believe the combination of nutrition AND exercise physiology is very important as you need to know what happens to the body in response to exercise in order to fuel it properly and provide the right amounts of key nutrients for recovery and adaptation.

My focus is now on Private Practice nutrition work at my practice in Stonefields, Auckland, New Zealand. I have expanded my scope of practice significantly and my current client base includes many athletes and non-athletes, Weekend Warriors, people training for events (e.g. Marathons, Bike races/rides,Triathlons, Ironman, Coast to Coast, XTERRA, etc.), people wanting to drop weight and body fat, gain muscle, improve health and well-being, improve work performance through better nutritional practices, etc.
Whether you are an athlete or non-athlete, elite or non-elite, I can certainly help you out. I don't just work with sports people either so please get in touch if you're unsure.
I have extensive experience in the use of supplements to enhance sports performance and general health and well-being and have designed many supplements on the market in NZ and the UK - I know which supplements work to achieve the best results in training, recovery, competition and general health and well-being. I have spent years working with labs around the world to develop testing programs to ensure supplements are World Anit-Doping Agency (WADA) compliant so all the supplements I recommend are completely legal and safe from a WADA standpoint. I should also point out that I am a firm believer in food first and only recommend supplements if appropriate.
